Privacy Policy

Effective September 4, 2026

This policy explains how BreezyOps collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our websites, request access to our products, or use BreezyOps services such as AIFlow.

Information we collect

We collect information that you provide directly, such as your name, email address, organization or workspace name, support messages, and other information you submit when requesting access or creating an account.

When you use our websites and services, we may collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, authentication events, request times, service activity, error reports, and performance measurements. We also use essential cookies and similar technologies to maintain authenticated sessions and protect our services.

AIFlow diagnostics

AIFlow testing and diagnostic features may record detailed traces of model interactions. Depending on the feature and configuration, a trace can include prompts, model responses, reasoning events, tool definitions, tool calls, tool arguments, tool results, and related technical metadata. These traces may contain sensitive information from an AI session.

Diagnostic tracing is optional and explicitly opt-in. It is enabled only after the user affirmatively chooses to turn it on, and the user can turn it off. Product-specific notices and setup flows explain what tracing collects before it is enabled. We use diagnostic information to investigate problems, provide support, improve compatibility and reliability, and protect the service.
